<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel operating method and a touch panel driving chip are provided to contribute higher performance of a product and reconsider satisfactory of a consumer. CONSTITUTION: A sensing level senses a touch operation of a touch panel(S10). An activation level activates a popup window which enlarged a specific part of a touch panel by corresponding a touch operation of a touch panel. A sensing level senses a tapping operation of other side of a touch pane except for a popup window during continuously maintaining a touch operation. An execution level executes a specific function by corresponding to a tapping operation during continuously maintaining a touch operation.</p> |
