PURPOSE: An impact test apparatus for special form and sealed radioactive sources is provided to facilitate an impact test on special form and sealed radioactive sources. CONSTITUTION: An impact test apparatus for special form radioactive and sealed sources comprises a bottom plate, a sealed radioactive source hitting plate, and a supporting member. The bottom plate(100) has a plurality of coupling holes on top. The sealed radioactive source hitting plate(200) is detachably installed on the bottom plate and receives a sealed radioactive source sample inside. The supporting member is formed in a hollow cylinder shape and inserted inside the sealed radioactive source hitting plate.
