<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device and an induction heating method of a forging stock, capable of reducing the generation of an unsuitable temperature material without depending on the variation of an ambient temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating device 1 which performs induction heating while conveying the forging stock includes: a heating furnace 4; a heating coil 8 disposed in the heating furnace 4; a voltage applying means 6 for applying a voltage to the heating coil 8; a temperature measuring means 5 for measuring an outside temperature on an entrance side of the heating furnace 4 or/and a before-heating temperature of the forging stock disposed on the entrance side; and a control means 10 that controls the voltage applying means 6 and applies a prescribed applied voltage to the heating coil 8. The control means 10 decides the prescribed applied voltage that is applied to the heating coil 8 by the voltage applying means 6, based on the outside temperature or/and the before-heating temperature of the forging stock measured by the temperature measuring means 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
