PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a base unit carriage capable of easily aligning a direction with the front of a test head after a base unit is loaded without previously aligning the direction when the base unit is loaded on the carriage. SOLUTION: The base unit carriage attaching and detaching, or carrying the base unit to the test head includes: a first plate whose one surface is mounted with casters; a lifting mechanism whose one end is connected to the other surface of the first plate; a second plate whose one surface is connected to the other end of the lifting mechanism; and a moving means whose one surface is attached to the other surface of the second plate, and whose other surface is loaded with the base unit, and rotating or horizontally moving the base unit.
