METHOD FOR PRODUCING RUCOLA SPROUT, AND RUCOLA CURL SPROUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method which allows cultivation to sprouts without suffocation even in cultivation in a state that rucola is in contact with water for curl sprout cultivation or the like and which is suitable even for large scale cultivation. SOLUTION: A method for producing rucola sprout includes a process for soaking rucola seeds in acid-containing aqueous solution or acid-and-alcohol-containing aqueous solution and a process for sprouting the seeds subjected to the soaking treatment.
