摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device having a simple structure and being easily disposed to improve efficiency of an existing heat pump type air conditioning device by utilizing underground heat. SOLUTION: This device includes a heat exchanger (ground heat exchanger) buried in the ground, a heat exchanger (outside air heat exchanger) disposed on the ground to exchange heat with the outside air, a pump for circulating a heat medium between both heat exchangers, a behavior detector detecting stop of an operation of a fan disposed on an outdoor unit of the air conditioning device, an outside air temperature sensor detecting an outside air temperature near the outside air heat exchanger, a medium temperature sensor detecting a temperature of the heat medium flowing out from the ground heat exchanger, and a controller stopping the operation of the pump in conjunction with the behavior detector, when the medium temperature detected by the sensor is over the determined temperature difference, and lower than the outside air temperature (in cooling) or higher than the outside air temperature (in heating).
