摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum computer which can mount many quantum bits controlling an interaction and can simultaneously control individual quantum bits and introduce the interaction between arbitrary quantum bits as required. SOLUTION: The quantum computer (1a) includes light supply means (13, 17) for supplying laser beams, a means (11) for generating two-dimensionally a plurality of near field light beams on at least one plane from the laser beams received from the light supply means and the quantum bits (25, 31) formed by trapping atoms respectively in the proximity field light beams. The quantum computer (1a) includes a one-dimensional light grating formed with opposing laser beams. A pair of atoms desired to be brought to an entangled quantum state are moved to the one-dimensional light grating and allowed to interact with each other.
