The present invention relates to a protector rod for a heat exchanger, which is arranged at the periphery of the heat exchanger having heat-dissipating tubes and heat-dissipating fins, which are bent with a curve, therein, so as to protect the heat-dissipating tubes and heat-dissipating fins from impacts applied from an external source. The protector rod for the heat exchanger, which is arranged to protect the heat-dissipating tubes and heat-dissipating fins from impacts applied from an external source, is formed into the shape of a long rod having a predetermined thickness. The protector rod is installed outside the outermost heat-dissipating fin arranged between the headers, and has V-shaped grooves formed in the rod with a predetermined spacing such that the protector rod can be bent with a curve in accordance with the bent shapes of the heat-dissipating tubes and the heat-dissipating fins. |
