PURPOSE: A high energy level reducing deionized water fabricating apparatus is provided to prevent the occurrence of diseases by improving human body absorption characteristics by reducing and neutralizing activated oxygen in a human body. CONSTITUTION: Far infrared rays of 2.5 angstrom are radiated to apply oscillating excitation power and natural electric generation energy to tap water. Silicon trioxide is dissolved to apply the reduction mediating power to the tap water. Water molecular is divided into OH^-, HO^2, and O^2 by applying pure ozone. The ozone is generated from a ozone generating unit(62). The impaction and the friction of the water are maximized. The HO^2 is divided into H^+ and O^2. Electrons from the far infrared rays are applied to the H^+. Hydride ions are obtained and are occluded to the silicon trioxide. A dual-reversing and rotating impaction method is used for obtaining water in which the 30ppb/ml of hydride ions with reducing force and the 4ppm/ml of the hydroxyl ions with anti-oxidizing force are maintained. |
