LASER BEAM IRRADIATION DEVICE USED FOR SUBSTRATE SEALING, SUBSTRATE SEALING METHOD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam irradiation device used for sealing a substrate, a sealing method of the substrate, and a manufacturing method of an organic light-emitting display device.

SOLUTION: In the laser beam irradiation device that is used to irradiate the laser beam 160 to a sealing part arranged between a first substrate and a second substrate in order to seal the first substrate and the second substrate, the laser beam has a beam profile of a symmetrical shape in an advancing direction of the laser beam in which the beam intensity increases as it approaches the end part of the laser beam from the center part of the laser beam in a face perpendicular to the advancing direction of the laser beam, and the beam intensity in the center part is half or less of that at the end part of the laser beam.
