PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire tool in which a wire itself of the electro-deposition wire tool having a plurality of super-abrasive grains fixed onto an outer peripheral surface of the wire by electro-deposition is suitably wetted to a machining liquid of wide range, and a method of manufacturing the same.
