PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling system capable of effectively utilizing energy. SOLUTION: This heating/cooling system 1 includes a heating/cooling panel 11 having a pipe member 110 for radiation, a fluid utilizing section 12, a water heater 13 for supplying warm water to the heating/cooling panel 11 and the fluid utilizing section 12, a communication pipe 14 for the panel, communicating the water heater 13 with the heating/cooling panel 11, and a communication pipe 15 for the utilizing section, communicating the water heater 13 with the fluid utilizing section 12. A radiation pipe section 150 configuring a part of the communication pipe 15 for the utilizing section and the pipe member 110 for radiation are kept into contact with each other along the axial direction. Thus the radiation pipe section 150 doubles as the heating/cooling panel 11, the energy radiated under floor can be utilized for heating an undressing room A, and energy can be saved.
