PURPOSE: A fire escape device of a multistory building is provided to enable a user to simply and conveniently escape downstairs. CONSTITUTION: A fire escape device of a multistory building comprises: a manhole(2) which is formed in a size that a man can pass through in the floor of the veranda(1); a hatch(3) which is rotationally installed in one side of the manhole and covers the manhole; a ladder(5) installed in the wall side(4); and lock devices(6) which secures safety by controlling the opening of the hatch.
