PURPOSE: A headliner rib type RMH attachment device is provided to heighten the assembility of components and the working efficiency of workers when attaching a rib type FMH to a headliner by installing a mount for inserting a rib type RMH to the upper part of a housing and setting a headliner to the lower part of a housing. CONSTITUTION: A headliner rib type RMH attachment device comprises: a housing formed with many frames and housing an upper body and a lower body inward; a first driving unit whose one side is coupled to the upper side of the upper body to make a reciprocating motion; a second driving unit(300) whose one side is coupled to the lower side of the upper body to make a reciprocating motion; a rotating body hinged to two ends of the upper body to be rotatable and coupled to the other side of the second driving unit to be reciprocable; and a mount(500) coupled to the rotating body to support a rib type FMH(600) attached to a headliner, wherein the mount includes two or more fixtures installed diagonally to fix the rib type FMH, and the upper body includes two pairs of clamps(140) coupled to two ends to face each other to adhere the headliner closely to the upper side of the lower body.
