<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device that supplies electric power to other devices mounted thereon when energy is supplied. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply control device includes: a primary storage means that stores the electric power to be supplied; a secondary storage means that stores the electric power supplied from the primary storage means; an operating means that operates by consuming the electric power supplied from the primary storage means; an opening and closing device that controls an opening and closing state of a circuit that supplies the electric power to a load from the primary storage means; a determination means that determines whether replacement of the primary storage means is started; and a control means that makes the opening and closing device be closed when the determination means determines that the replacement of the primary storage means is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
