<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a larger amount of cooling medium to a motor even when the rotational speed of a gear for scraping up the cooling medium is low. <P>SOLUTION: An oil guide member 44 is mounted on a rotary shaft 42b of a gear 42a for scraping up cooling oil in order to guide the cooling oil detached from the gear 42a and having reached the rotary shaft when the cooling oil is scraped up by rotation of the gear 42a, in a direction separating from the rotary shaft 42b of the gear 42a. By this, not only the cooling oil scraped up to the upper part of the gear 42a without being detached from the gear 42a but also a part of the cooling oil detached from the gear 42a and scattered in the direction separating from the rotary shaft 42b by the oil guide member 44 can be supplied to a motor using a shaft different from the rotary shaft 42b as a rotary shaft.
