<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cell population in which the proportion of multipotent stem cells free from tumorigenicity and differentiated to all cell lines is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the multipotent stem cell originated from amnion includes: a step of separating an amnion tissue from a placenta tissue after parturition of a mammal; a step of culturing the amnion tissue, and preparing cells originated from the amnion, and comprising single cell suspended matter; a step of bringing the cells originated from the amnion into contact with one or more kinds of antibodies selected from the group consisting of anti-ABCG1 antibody, anti-SLC21A12 antibody, anti-CLDN3 antibody, anti-SCNN1A antibody, anti-TMPRSS4 antibody, anti-CLDN4 antibody, anti-CLDN7 antibody, anti-EZR antibody, anti-ST14 antibody and anti-MUC18 antibody; and a step of selecting cells binding with the antibodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
