<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet which can easily and quickly be used in a vehicle or the like, or to provide a urine absorbing pad for caring. <P>SOLUTION: A long and slim rigid body 3 is attached to the external surface side of a pad 2. The rigid body 3 has a degree of rigidity that the rigid body 3 can be pushed into the underpants of a to-be-used person by gripping it.
