PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of preventing entering of foreign matter into the bearing, and capable of early reducing seal torque. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing includes inner-outer rings 1 and 2, a plurality of rolling elements 3 and a seal member 5. The seal member 5 is a contact seal whose base end is fixed to the outer ring 2 and seal lip part 15 contacts with the inner ring 1. The seal lip part 15 is composed of a body part 15a and a tip part 15b contacting with the inner ring 1 by projecting from the inner peripheral edge of this body part 15a. A construction material of at least the tip part 15b is a high abrasion material of becoming noncontact by being abraded or becoming light contact of a degree of regarding contact pressure as zero by using the bearing in a rotational state.
