PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and inexpensively achieve a memory color correction process of a skin section of a person in a video scene, in a video apparatus for reproduction/display of a video content of a moving image such as a movie or drama. SOLUTION: This video processing apparatus performs output synchronization of data by a synchronization output control section 11 by associated presentation time information on a data basis by inputting video/subtitle multiplexed data multiplexed with at least two data such as a video and a subtitle from a TS input 1. A skin color memory color correction section 8 extracts presentation time information of subtitle data to acquire a subtitle presentation period, and determines possibility that a person appears in video to be output in accordance with the subtitle presentation period. The possibility that a person appears in a video to be output is determined by acquiring the feature quantity of video data and analyzing the acquired feature quantity.
