The invention relates to a conveyor system for conveying objects (8), particularly vehicle bodies (8), in an immersion treatment system (2), comprising at least one conveyor carriage (18) having a chassis (22) supporting at least one load-bearing wheel (40) that can rotate about a rotary axis (44). At least one object (8) can be attached to a mounting device (84) that can pivot about a pivot axis (36). The at least one load-bearing wheel (40) runs on a guide rail (14). The conveyor carriage (18) is moved along the guide rail (14) using drive means (64). The rotary axis (44) of the at least one load-bearing wheel (40) and the pivot axis (36) of the mounting device (84) are disposed coaxially to each other.
