PURPOSE: A heating object for anti-glare is provided to reduce glare about external light and easily eliminate frost and dew condensation. CONSTITUTION: A conductive heating pattern and a layer whose refractive index is higher than a base material on the conductive heating pattern are formed on a heating object. The line width of the conductive heating pattern is narrower than 100 micro meters. The conductive heating pattern is formed using metal whose heat conductivity is good.
