摘要 <p>The method for hydrothermally hardening the molded bodies (20) in an autoclave (22) by saturated steam at a pressure of up to 16 bar, comprises intermediately storing the energy of the saturated steam leaving the autoclave into a relaxation phase and/or utilizing the energy of the saturated steam in further autoclave for heating the same during a heating phase and/or for preheating the molded bodies to be hardened in a preheating phase, condensing the saturated steam, which leaves from the autoclave during the relaxation phase, in a condenser (26) by heating a storage medium. The method for hydrothermally hardening the molded bodies (20) in an autoclave (22) by saturated steam at a pressure of up to 16 bar, comprises intermediately storing the energy of the saturated steam leaving the autoclave into a relaxation phase and/or utilizing the energy of the saturated steam in further autoclave for heating the same during a heating phase and/or for preheating the molded bodies to be hardened in a preheating phase, condensing the saturated steam, which leaves from the autoclave during the relaxation phase, in a condenser (26) by heating a storage medium, where the condenser is cooled with the storage medium, and storing the energy obtained from the storage medium in the form of heat and/or utilizing the energy from the storage medium in the further autoclave for heating the same during the heating phase and/or for preheating the molded bodies to be hardened in the preheating phase. The energy of the saturated steam leaving from the autoclave during the relaxation phase is intermediately stored at a pressure of 1-3 bars. A saturated moist air at ambient pressure is used as medium for preheating the molded bodies to be hardened in the preheating phase, where the preheating phase is performed in an external preheating chamber or in the autoclaves. A staggered energy accumulator or a stratified tank is used for storing the energy obtained from the storage medium, and stores the energy obtained from the storage medium at different temperatures. A steam generator powered with energy over the energy accumulator is used for producing the steam to be supplied to the autoclave during the heating phase, where the steam generator produces steam at different pressures. The steam leaving the steam generator is further heated when required by a downstream feeding device. A condensate developed in the autoclave during a holding phase is retained in the autoclave. The blanks are cooled by re-condensing the obtained moist air after leaving from the autoclave. An independent claim is included for a plant for hydrothermally hardening the molded bodies in an autoclave by saturated steam.</p>
