<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cosmetic to be charged in a liquid applicator equipped with an applying part to be suitably applied for makeup, particularly suitable for eye makeup for an eye area. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid cosmetic comprises a pigment, 0.5-5 mass% of a dispersant composed of a film-forming resin, 2-15 mass% (in terms of solids content) of a film-forming agent, 3-15 mass% of a glycerine derivative having a molecular weight of 200-4,300, and water, and has viscosity within the range of 20-250 mPa s at a shear rate of 76.8 S<SP>-1</SP>as measured by an EMD viscometer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
