<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition capable of forming an aluminum electrode having a low value of electric resistance as a back electrode of a solar cell silicon wafer while an acrylic resin having high design performance and high availability is used as a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A paste composition for forming an electrode on a solar cell silicon wafer comprises aluminum powder, a glass frit and an organic vehicle where a resin of the organic vehicle is an acrylic resin and the glass frit contains an alkali metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
