<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project a projection image under appropriate projection conditions, according to a projection distance to a projection surface. <P>SOLUTION: The projector 100 includes an image projection unit 120 that projects a projection image generated, on the basis of input image data to a projection surface; a projection distance measurement unit 170 that measures a projection distance from the image projection unit 120 to the projection surface; and a projection range setting unit 180 that adjusts, according to the projection distance, the image data so as to project the projection image to the projection surface under preset projection conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
