PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more flexibly allocate a frequency band for transmitting an uplink signal from a base station device to a mobile station device without causing the deterioration of throughput, and on the other hand, to reduce the amount of information needed for resource allocation.

SOLUTION: The base station device 1 which allocates the frequency band for the mobile station device to transmit data by an uplink, and notifies the mobile station device of the allocation information of the frequency band is provided with: a scheduling part 120 which divides a predetermined frequency band into a plurality of continuous groups, specifies a group including the frequency band allocated to the mobile station device, and generates the band allocation information including information showing the start position and the end position of the frequency band allocated to the mobile station device in the group; and a transmitting part 110 which transmits the generated band allocation information to the mobile station device.
