PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze image data having intensity data for multicomponent wavelengths in each pixel with high precision and at high speed. SOLUTION: In a linear discriminating section 42 of an analyzing unit 30, discrimination is performed for every pixel beforehand by using intensity data of image data as a feature quantity and using a linear SVM (support vector machine) which can perform processing related to discrimination at high speed with a small calculation quantity. Subsequently, in a nonlinear discriminating section 43, discrimination using a nonlinear SVM which has accurate discriminating capability with a large calculation quantity in discrimination is performed only with respect to the pixels discriminated as their intensity data being object data as the result of the discrimination by the linear SVM. Therefore, discrimination can be accomplished with higher precision as compared with the case where all pixels are discriminated only with the linear SVM. Also, as compared with the case where the discrimination is conducted only with the nonlinear SVM for all pixels, the discrimination can be accomplished at higher speed.
