Disclosed is a power-generating unit wherein air is compressed and used so as to generate power using oscillation energy. The power-generating unit (1) is configured of: an air pump (2), which has backflow prevention valves (2b, 2c) on both the ends thereof, discharges air when pressure generated by the oscillation energy is applied, and sucks clean air with a restoring force; an air tank (3), which retains the air discharged from the air pump; and a turbine (4) which generates power using the air compressed in the air tank. |
