<p>The present invention relates to a vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber comprises a piston member provided with a second outlet which is disposed to move linearly in a container which is formed in the vacuum chamber and has a first outlet; an elastic member which is disposed inside of the piston member; a first valve plate which is disposed in the container and opens and shuts the first outlet; a second valve plate which is disposed in the piston valve and opens and shuts the second outlet; a separation preventing plate which is installed in the container and prevents the separation of the piston member; and a unit for pressuring the first valve plate which is installed in the container and shuts the first outlet by pressurizing the first valve plate if the piston member is falling off and fixed to the separation preventing plate. If so, the vacuum can be maintained continuously inside the vacuum chamber.</p> |
