According to the invention, said appliance also comprises a second working tool, referred to as the counter-tool (11), attached to a plate (5) rotated about an axis (P), the counter-tool having a working arm having an active portion engaging with the ingredients to be kneaded, the active portion of the working arm being adjacent to the path travelled by the active portion of the first working tool (10), such that the counter-tool (11) and the first working tool (10) interact with the ingredients to be kneaded in the vessel.
