MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND RADIO BASE STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform hand-over to a CSG cell of a mobile station while efficiently achieving "Energy Saving".

SOLUTION: This mobile communication method includes: a process A wherein a mobile station UE during communication with a cell #A of a first frequency f1 transmits "Proximity Indication" to this radio base station eNB #A managing the cell #A when detecting entry into a predetermined area #1 corresponding to a CSG cell #1 of a second frequency f2 having an access right; a process B wherein the radio base station eNB #A acquires a parameter related to the CSG cell #1 from a radio base station HeNB #1 managing the CSG cell #1 in response to "Proximity Indication"; and a process C wherein the radio base station eNB #A notifies the mobile station UE about such a parameter.
