PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag facilitating opening operation with a simple structure and capable of stably discharging a content by easily keeping an opening shape of a formed spout. SOLUTION: An accommodation part 13 is formed by turning up a sheet of a resin film to make the turn-up line a bottom side 11 and make the circumference excluding the bottom side 11 a seal part 12. The spout 16 through which the enclosed content is discharged is made by cutting the end opening part 15 along the opening cut line 14 and separating the same from the bag body 17. In the bag 10 made in the manner, the opening cut line 14 is given in a direction perpendicular to the bottom side 11, the end opening part 15 has an opening knob piece 20, and the cut area 21 is mounted in a portion adjacent to the opening knob piece 20 across the opening cut line 14. The spout 16 can be made so as to contain the bottom side 11 in the opening circumference 16a by trimming the opening knob piece 20 and cutting/separating the end opening part 15 from the bag body 17.
