PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server, method, and program that allow notification of changes in the contents of the periodically acquired content. SOLUTION: A notification server 10 is configured as follows. A content registration receiving part 141 accepts the registration of RSS content desired to be displayed and browsed on an exclusive Web page. A category specifying part 143 specifies the category of the RSS content acquired by a content information acquiring part 142. After the elapse of a prescribed period of time from the registration, a category-changed-content extraction part 144 determines whether or not the category of the content is changed.
