PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trash compressor which has a simple structure and is easily carried to a construction site or the like. SOLUTION: The trash compressor 10 has a simple structure composed of: a body 20; and a moving body 40, and can be easily carried to a construction site or the periphery thereof. The body 20 includes: a U-shaped bottom side part 22 coming in contact with the floor; leg parts 24 erecting from the central part in the longitudinal direction of both the wings of the bottom side part 22; and a horizontal part 26 connecting the upper edges of the two leg parts 24 and fixing them. A reinforcing member 28 for reinforcing the fixing of the both is arranged inside the connected part at which the leg parts 25 and the horizontal part 26 are connected.
