PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem in a conventional magnet holder: a control member for removal is provided separately from a hook for suspension and a magnet is fixed by a screw, causing the number of parts to increase as an entire shape becomes large which results in high cost. SOLUTION: In the magnet holder, a yoke making a contact with an adherend face, and a magnet contacting the yoke are stored inside a casing, a cover surrounding an outside excluding the adherend face side of the casing is provided, penetrating shaft holes are respectively provided on both side faces of the casing and cover, shaft portions each extending inward are provided inside a hook portion 5 provided outside the cover, and each shaft portion is penetrated and inserted into each shaft hole 4a from the outside of the cover. When the hook portion 5 is rotated approximately 45 degrees in a left rotating direction and hits a stopper 4b, a releasing arm pushes the adherend face causing the shaft hole 4a to be relatively pushed up, which creates a gap between the adherend face and the yoke end face and a magnetic attraction force is lost, and the magnet holder may easily be removed by hand.
