PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice-making machine facilitating stop operation of a refrigerating circuit during cleaning and improving work efficiency. SOLUTION: The drum type ice-making machine 101 includes the refrigerating circuit 50. The drum type ice-making machine 101 further includes: a power supply switch 61 starting the drum type ice-making machine 101 in a product mode to produce ice by operating the refrigerating circuit 50; an option switch 65 and an ice-making switch 62 starting the drum type ice-making machine 101 in a cleaning mode to clean the drum type ice-making machine 101 by stopping the refrigerating circuit 50; the ice-making switch 62 starting a cleaning process of performing cleaning in the cleaning mode; and a stop switch 63 starting a forced water discharge process of discharging cleaning water used in the cleaning mode. In the cleaning mode, selected one of the cleaning process and the forced water discharge process is executed. The ice making switch 62 can start the cleaning process during the forced water discharge process, and the stop switch 63 can start the forced water discharge process during the cleaning process.
