The disclosed solar cell module is provided with: a solar cell which has a substrate on which a photoelectric conversion body is formed, said photoelectric conversion body having, layered in the following order, a first electrode layer, a semiconductor layer, and a second electrode layer; a lead-out electrode which leads the electricity generated by the solar cell outside the solar cell; and an insulation sheet which is disposed between the lead-out electrode and the solar cell, and which has a thermal conductivity rate of at least 0.5W/(m·K). |
