A preparing method for a cell core of a lithium ion battery is provided, including the steps: using a negative electrode sheet material to produce negative electrode sheets, and transmitting the negative electrode sheets to a negative electrode classifier; selecting qualified negative electrode sheets from the negative electrode sheets, and transmitting the qualified negative electrode sheets to a laminating machine; using a positive electrode sheet material to produce positive electrode sheets, and transmitting the positive electrode sheets to a positive electrode classifier; selecting qualified positive electrode sheets from the positive electrode sheets, and transmitting the qualified positive electrode sheets to a positive electrode bagging machine; using the qualified positive electrode sheets to produce positive electrode bags, and transmitting the positive electrode bags to the laminating machine; laminating the positive electrode bags with the qualified negative electrode sheets by the laminating machine to produce the cell core. A preparation system for the cell core of the lithium ion battery is further provided, including a preparation machine for the negative electrode sheets, the negative electrode classifier, the laminating machine, the positive electrode bagging machine, the positive electrode classifier and a preparation machine for the positive electrode sheets disposed in order, and a transmitting machine arranged between every two machines. Thus, the preparation for the cell core can be completed without operation, which improves the reliability and stability of the cell core.
