PURPOSE: A Klenjak type carbon ankle foot orthosis is provided to minimize the volume thereof, to secure strong durability, and to enable normal walking through strong elastic force. CONSTITUTION: A Klenjak type carbon ankle foot orthosis comprises: a rear support part(20) in which a lateral part is opened to the lower part of the calf supporting part and which is extended to the calf supporting part of the lower leg part and the rear of the lower leg part; and a foot supporting part(30) which covers and protects a foot and in which the bottom thereof is formed in a correction insole shape and supports the foot. The carbon support is combined with the rear support part. The carbon reinforcing material is combined with the foot supporting part.
