<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of operation of a circuit component mounted on a mounting substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting substrate is mounted with the circuit component using a conductive wiring pattern and a bus bar as a conductive path. In the mounting substrate, the whole or a part of a pair of power lines different in at least a voltage levels, are disposed opposite to each other on a substrate surface by means of a pair of bus bars, and intervention of a conductor between the pair of opposed bus bars is eliminated as much as possible, and also the circuit component is disposed outside a portion between the pair of opposed bus bars. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
