<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system which makes a user avoid complicated work such as setting for authentication print and a watermark to data which are an object of a print instruction or a transmission instruction. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a document file storage part 110, an authentication print setting part 120 which sets designation information on authentication print in units of directories, an authentication print designation information storage part 130 which stores authentication print designation information, an authentication information setting part 150 which sets information for authentication, and an output data generation part 160 which converts document file data to print data and transmits the data, and further determines whether designation information on authentication print is set in a directory based on the authentication print designation information, and adds the authentication print setting information and the information for authentication to print data when it is determined that the designation information of authentication print is set in the directory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
