<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a computer system including a program for executing predetermined processing in cooperation with an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The information management apparatus includes: a history information recording means for receiving a scan execution request of scan with respect to the image forming apparatus, including identification information and setting information on a program from the program, transmitting the execution request to the image forming apparatus, receiving image data scanned by the image forming apparatus selected as a response to the execution request by a user from the image forming apparatus, receiving history information including the identification information of the program, the setting information with respect to the program, and the image data from a relay means which transmits the image data in response to a request from the program, and recording it in the history information storage means; and a history information providing means for transmitting the list of the history information recorded in the history information storage means in response to a request to display the history information received by the terminal connected via a network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
