PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curable poly-organo-siloxane having less reduction with age of a curing property and having no black fading. SOLUTION: The composition includes (A) 100 pts.wt. of poly-organo-siloxane having a terminal blocked by a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group and having viscosity (23°C) of 20-1,000,000 mPa s, (B) 1-400 pts.wt. of calcium carbonate, (C) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of an alkoxyl group-containing silane compound as a crosslinking agent, (D) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of carbon black having an average particle diameter of 30-80μm, DBP oil absorption amount of 25-200 cc/100 g and a pH of 7 or higher, and (E) 0.001-10 pts.wt. of an organic tin compound having 1-8C alkyl group (other than butyl group) bonded to a tin atom as a curing catalyst.
