PURPOSE: A fire door and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the residential environment of indoor by preventing heat transmission and dew condensation by using an inner insulation packing of a door. CONSTITUTION: A fire door comprises a door rear plate(20), an inner insulation packing(30), and a door front plate(10) and an outer insulation packing(40). The both ends of the door front plate are bent to the outside direction. The door front plate is arranged to face with the door rear plate. The door front plate is curve-formed in order to surround both ends of the door rear plate. The door front plate forms the exterior of the fire door in facing direction of the door both ends. The outer insulation packing is formed to be fitted and combined between both end point of the door front plate and door the rear plate bent part. |
