<p>The rotor is provided with ninety meter diameter and has rotor blades which are optionally identical to each other. The rotor blades are simple partially short, or partially long additional rotor blades, which are activated or unrolled only by weak and medium wind. The rolling and unrolling take place by rapidly running anemometry, particularly by sonic detection and ranging units.
