<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide property information corresponding to the desire of a customer after making a plurality of traders grasp the desire of the customer in cooperation with a plurality of traders possessing property information. <P>SOLUTION: A property information providing device communicates with a customer terminal 3 and a plurality of trader terminals 4 via a network NW so as to provide property information possessed by the traders in response to a request of the customer. When property condition information is received from the customer terminal 3, a condition ID issuing part 12 issues a condition ID to the condition information. When the condition ID and the condition information are transmitted to the trader terminal 4 and the property information matching the condition ID and the condition information is received from the trader terminal 4, the condition ID is associated with the property information so as to be stored in a property information DB 24.
