<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in a driving current to light-emitting elements, caused by a leakage current when a sampling transistor is turned off. <P>SOLUTION: In a light emission period when the sampling transistor is not energized and the current corresponding to a video signal voltage is applied by the drive transistor to the light-emitting element, a first driving voltage and a second driving voltage lower than the first driving voltage are applied to the drive transistor. The second driving voltage is applied when a signal line has a threshold correction reference voltage. The gate voltage of the drive transistor is temporality reduced by applying the second driving voltage, and the drain-source voltage of the sampling transistor is reduced when the signal line has the threshold correction reference voltage, and accordingly, the leakage current is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
