PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new catalyst composition having high polymerization activities and keeping properties of polymers within a desired specified range; and to provide a method for producing the catalyst composition.

SOLUTION: This invention relates to a catalyst composition comprising a first metallocene compound, a second metallocene compound, at least one chemically-treated solid oxide, and at least one organoaluminum compound. This invention also relates to a method to prepare and use the catalyst composition and a new polyolefin. The composition and the method disclosed herein provide an ethylene polymer and a copolymer with lower MI, increased melt strength, and good MD tear properties.
