<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material assurance equipment for a steel sheet, capable of the operating control for improving the homogeneity of material in the sheet thickness direction of the steel sheet and the in-plane of the steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a steel sheet manufacturing line which includes a finishing mill and an accelerated cooling system which is installed on a steel sheet conveying line on the downstream side of the finishing mill, the quality assurance equipment for the steel sheet includes temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the steel sheet and temperature result analyzing means for analyzing the measured steel sheet temperature, wherein the temperature measuring means is composed of spot-type radiation thermometers and a scanning radiation thermometers which are installed in the respective positions of the front of the finishing mill and the front and the rear of the acceleration cooling system above the side of the surface of the steel sheet conveying line, an optical fiber radiation thermometers which are installed in the positions corresponding to the spot-type radiation thermometers on the side of the surface of the under surface of the steel sheet conveying device and a plurality of optical fiber radiation thermometers which are installed at arbitrary intervals in the width direction of the line in the positions corresponding to the scanning direction of above scanning radiation thermometers and the temperature result analyzing means which is composed of a means for determining the temperature distribution of the whole steel sheet from the steel sheet temperature measured by the respective temperature measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
